We want you to be obsessed with your new dark delights, but if something isn't quite right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all gothic hardware and tags are protected to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our coven receives your package, please allow 7-10 business days for inspection and for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
